Trying out the interview setup before shooting.
How I got here. (and why I stayed)
I’ve always loved taking photos and videos.
but for a long time, I had no idea what to do with them.
They just sat on hard drives, waiting for “someday.”
When I was 19, I left Hungary and started exploring new places,
Malta, Ireland, and finally Austria, where I still live since 2014.
Moving around that much opened my eyes to different people, cultures, and ways of seeing.
It taught me how much perspective changes everything, in life, and later, in my work.
At some point I started watching YouTube tutorials,
learning Photoshop and Illustrator on my own.
That’s when I realized I loved creating things,
not just taking pictures, but shaping ideas.
Later, I launched a small festival clothing brand called Electdope.
I designed everything myself, built the online shop, did the photos, and ran the ads.
It was an incredible journey… until COVID hit and festivals disappeared overnight,
taking with them the entire demand for festival accessories and clothing.
We couldn’t keep up, and the company went bankrupt.
Still, it taught me how to build something from scratch
and to keep pushing when things don’t go as planned.
After that, I worked “normal” jobs for a while,
in companies big and small, doing different kinds of roles like Operations and Management.
Those years showed me a lot about business, communication, and people.
But deep down, I knew I didn’t belong behind spreadsheets.
So I changed direction.
I started studying photography and videography at the LIK Akademie in Vienna
and finally decided to make creativity my full-time path.
Now, I run my own business, creating films and photos
for families, brands, and spaces that deserve to be seen.
Maybe that’s why my work mixes structure with curiosity,
business sense meets creative instinct.
Today, every project feels like a new chance to tell a story
that’s both cinematic and real.
It took a few detours to get here,
but every step made sense in the end.
